Installation, Display and Maintenance of plants

Installation of natural flowers and other natural plants, baskets, plant pots and plant holders, the irrigation system and further equipment as agreed.

Display of plants during the term of our agreement.

In the framework of Maintenance we visit the site minimum one times in each month for feeding, cutting and fertilizing the plants. Also we perform site visits on a more regular basis provided that a constant, special attention is needed and it is reasonable and agreed to do so. We replace the plants that died or failed to perform and change the bedding plants two times in a year, usually in spring and autumn. We also maintain the irrigation system throughout the year.

Please note: We provide rubbish removal and delivery of litter bags from the site (related to the replanting process) for FREE OF CHARGE.

No minimum period of contract needs to be signed. (*please see the policy of termination notice)

You can terminate this agreement by giving a 2 months’ notice in written prior to the end of services.







We collect 30% advance of your total installation fee (needs to be paid into our bank account) before the installation taken place.

The rest of the installation fee shall be paid immediately on the day of the installation after the work is done subject to the price of the flowers, plants, materials and equipment bought by us and the volume of the Installation performed by us. (Cash or cheque accepted)

With our Multi-Award-Winning maintenance service you will receive our Quality Service Guarantee. *Vandalism, theft, and damages to your hanging basket or pot plants and flower as a result of a disconnected water supply are not covered by the service quarantee.

Please note: Any further tasks associated with theft or vandalism shall be charged additionally.

Display and Maintenance fee shall be paid on a monthly basis subject to annual revision by us.

We sending out our invoices on the 28th each of month and you have 14 days payment term.

We terminate our agreement with immediate effect if any of our invoices is left unpaid either fully or partially for 30 days after the payment is due. If we do so, we have the right to take all flowers and other plants, baskets, plant pots and plant holders and any equipment installed by us in lieu of our overdue fee and use these plants and equipment further elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHEQUES ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED

Some reasons for this are as follows:

1. Cheques are slow. It takes you time to write and post a cheque, and time for us to bank it.

2. Cheques can be vulnerable. Cheques can go astray or simply get lost in the mail, leaving you with an unpaid bill.

3. Cheques are harder to track. When you pay by cheque, your balance only updates when the cheque is cashed, making it harder to keep track.

(Setting up a Standing Order saves you 20% in our system! That's 2 months of service for free of charge)

If there is no Standing Order set up, an additional 20% charge applies on the top of the discounted Maintenance fee. In this case, You have to pay the Maintenance fee by way of bank transfer to our account not later than on the 15th of each month, otherwise late payment interest shall be calculated in line with law.

We kindly ask you to set up a standing order favour of us on every 15th of month.

For an example
If you pay your monthly maintenance fee by Standing Order (£100+VAT) than You can easily save £240+VAT on annual basis.




The same deal without Standing Order payment is £120+VAT.
